Brian Pasch has been actively involved with automotive franchise dealers since 2005. Brian has authored six bestselling books for the automotive industry which are being used at Northwood University to educate the next generation of automotive professionals.
Brian is an active conference and workshop speaker, 20 Group presenter, and coach to both dealers and members of the vendor community. Brian has led PCG’s expansion into international markets where his training curriculum is being utilized by dealer groups and manufacturers as part of a change management process.
Trevor Byrne is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience in the automotive space. He is currently the Group Account Director at Red Urban Canada, leading the Subaru Canada brand, retail, and social businesses, but is also host of his own automotive podcast named The Bucket Seat.
Trevor studied at The Automotive Business School of Canada, and went on to hold positions at both Volkswagen Canada and Nissan Canada before making the move to the advertising agency world. Outside of the office you’ll find Trevor at car shows, races, and events as he juggles between work and family.
Tim Scott is a partner in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice and is the National Leader for Automotive Dealership Services at Deloitte Canada. Tim’s passion for automotive retail has been with him since he was a kid watching his grandfather run the family dealership in London, Ontario. Today, Tim stays abreast of industry and dealership challenges when catching up with his brother-in-law who runs the family dealership near Kingston, Ontario.
Tim advises automotive dealer groups and OEM clients on performance enhancement, compliance strategies, and customer experience. With over 25 years of background serving clients across multiple industries, his primary focus is helping companies improve their business operations related to enterprise risk management and contract value capture.
Randy Shepheard is Vice President, Western Canada at TRADER Corporation. He leads the company’s sales practice in Western Canada including the implementation of marketplace and digital solutions to help dealers move their inventory faster, and the development of long-term partnerships with customers. Prior to joining TRADER Corporation, Randy spent 13 years in both print and digital advertising and held leadership positions at Yellow Pages, Super Pages and Canpages.
